How To Book Us & Payment Options:
You can book us by contacting us by e-mail, phone, or by scheduling an in-person consultation.
We also have an online contact form below that you can fill out and we will contact you
directly.
Individual sessions do not require a retainer to book the date, however, payment in full is
required at time of session. Events such as weddings, vow renewals, family reunions, and
parties require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer with the remaining balance
due on the event date.
For events that are booked more then 60 days in advance, we offer an optional interest-free
payment plan. We still require a signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer to book the
event date, however the remaining amount due can then be made in smaller payments up until
the event date.
Payment in full is required for all print orders, coffee table albums, proof albums, additional
CDs, autograph mats, and any other special ordered items at the time of ordering.
Currently we accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Local Checks (Purchases/CDs will be held until all personal checks are cleared by the bank)
-Cashier Checks (Fastest way to insure a quick delivery of purchased items/CDs)
